maybe:副词，may + be :情态动词+be动词
如：maybe you are right.
you may be a student.
是不一样的
include是动词，including介词，有时在句首做动名词。
两个都是包含，包括的意思
如：Please include me in the list.
请把我列入名单中。
We got the name list, including his name.
We all went to Shanghai, including my mother.
我们都去了上海，包括我母亲

maybe 副词,用作状语,意思是:很可能,大概,相当于perhaps.
Maybe you are right. 大概／很可能你是对的

may be 情态动词 ＋ 动词原形， 用作谓语，意思是:可能
You may be right. 你可能是对的．

including 属于分词、独立主格结构性质， include 是连词与介词性质。
They all went to sleep,including the gate guards.
l enclose one that you might like to include in your paper.

maybe是一般放在句首，而分开的may be一般在句子的里面。例如：maybe he is at home.和He may be at home.两个句子的意思都是他也许在家，但是表达不同，这也就是两个的不同。
后面的那个我直接用例句解释。如下：the book contains seven units,including two revision units.和a fungus family belonging to the order Lycoperdales; includes puffballs
